5. Not a Diagnostic or Professional Service
EveryChild Learns™ does not provide:

• Diagnoses

• Behavioural programmes

• Safeguarding assessments

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Children progress at different rates.
EveryChild Learns™ does not guarantee academic progress, skill mastery, or behavioural outcomes.

7. Payments & Refunds
All sales are final once a plan has been generated and delivered.

Refunds are not offered unless:

• The plan fails to generate, or

• There is an error attributed to the service.
